Prominent art director (of over 70 films) and actor Dinesh Mangaluru son Pavan alias Soorya Siddanth is the first art director son to enter in to arch light. Among so many art directors in Kannada it is Soorya Siddanth (this name was given by his Papa for screen life – the name of top actor Prakash Rai son who died a few years ago – for thick friendship Dinesh Mangaluru kept this name for his son Pavan) makes a colorful entry. The title of the film is also ‘Colorful’ in the debut direction of Sagar Das and debut producer from Kushalnagara Shambulingappa Kumar is investing on this film. Sachin is cameraman while Vivek Chakravarthy as music director are also making debut.

Pavana of ‘Gombegala Love’ and a few commercial films is main heroine, there is Saniha Yadav representing the spoilt young generation.

Sagar Das with a long stint in television serial as associate made a leap in to cinema in the camp Dinesh Baboo, AG Seshadri etc. He felt it is enough as assistant and come up with a good story. According to him life is filled with all colors for different occasions. The children forget their parents who have given good life to them. Soorya Siddanth with BSc computer science as education has been carved by his father Dinesh Mangaluru when he showed interest in cinema field. When he played the ‘Kalidasa’ role after a few sundry roles he gained extra confidence. ‘Abhignana Shakuntala’ is screened for 54 times he says. Watching his performance Sagar Das roped him for this film ‘Colorful’. The role I play in this film connect to everyone. I am a jovial boy and responsibilities are more on my shoulders to prove my potentiality he says. Appa is my role model – he does not forget to say.

Pavana has appreciated the team effort so far. The workshop for making of the film is good. I play Khushi. The role is also very lively. I add color to my emotions and others. My role actually definite the whole film. Of course the role represent the younger generation says Pavan'..

Saniha Yadav is from paltry roles in TV serials to this film, Vivek Chakravarthy is scoring music for seven songs, Sumesh is lyricist for four songs, cameraman and director are like couple says Sachin handling camera for the first time.
